Abhijeet leads the Global Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams for all JPW brands and products. He is focused on New Product Development, Operational Excellence and Innovation.

Abhijeet is deeply passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, driving change management initiatives, continuous improvement and instilling a strong sense of accountability within his teams.
Prior to joining JPW, Abhijeet served as Vice President of Engineering – New Product Development during a 19 year tenure at Milwaukee Tool where helped propel rapid growth in the Hand Tool business. His expertise encompassed a wide array of products, including Hand Tools, Layout and PPE products, Storage Systems, as well as Power Tools and Accessories.
Abhijeet holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and University of Wisconsin at Madison.
