Michelle Endres is an outstanding leader with a strong focus on building organizational culture and capability. As the Chief People Officer at JPW Industries, Michelle steers all human resources functions including talent management, organizational development, performance management, and benefits. She has more than 25 years of human resources expertise across multiple industries including, Consumer Products, Health Care, Technology and Professional Services.
Michelle began her career at Kraft Foods and has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as the Chief People Officer at LBMC, a business services firm based in Nashville. Her human capital expertise encompasses roles across global corporate structures. She is known for developing human talent strategies that enhance and grow the business by embracing and building engaged team members, connecting communities, ensuring award-winning recruitment and learning and growth. Endres has extensive experience leading organizations through periods of high growth, both organic and M&A, always keeping a balanced eye on culture and results.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Finance and Human Resources, from Miami University.
